If you have found yourself in an unfortunate situation (health issues, injuries, etc.), and you are currently following the self-isolation procedures in the University student halls without an objective opportunity to leave the room in order to buy groceries and necessary goods, you can contact the University volunteers for help.

In order to secure your health and well-being and those of the volunteers, we kindly ask you to follow these simple recommendations:

  • Please, use personal protection means (masks, gloves) when handling in or receiving goods or products;
  • Follow the social distancing regulations, try to organize the contactless handover of essential goods, products, etc.;
  • Prevent the access of volunteers to your room, try to minimize face-to-face communication and opt for digital ways of communication through phone or social media.
