Sapronov (Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Moscow, sapronov.a.v@my.mgimo.ru ) RUSSIA-SINGAPORE RELATIONS AT THE CURRENT STAGE: RELEVANT PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS Abstract: the report examines the dynamics of development and current state of Russia-Singapore relations in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres. The author analyzes the main problems hampering the intensification of bilateral relations and potentially promising areas of cooperation. The role and place of political dialogue in multilateral platforms and international organizations are studied, as well as the impact of soft power instruments on the nature of Russian- Singaporean relations.
