Бекджаев Употребление фразеологизмов в туркменском варианте эпоса «Огузнама» Аннотация: Книга знаменитого туркменского историка Салар баба Гу- лалы оглы Харыдары является важным источником для изучения состояния туркменского языка XVI в. В книге встречаются десятки фразеологизмов, которые отражают духовное богатство, национальное своеобразие, жизнен- ный уклад туркменского народа. Часть этих фразеологизмов без изменения употребляется в современном туркменском языке, а часть вышла из употре- бления или изменила свое значение. Более пристальное изучение фразеологизмов, встречающихся в языке туркменского варианта «Огузнама», даст возможность описать изменения, происходившие в языке, и выяснить общетюркские фразеологические еди- ницы. Tagandurdy Bekjayev The usage of set phrases in the Turkmen version of the book “Oguznama” Abctract: The book “Jamag at-tawarih” (The collection of histories), written by Fazlalla Reshidedin and belonging to the 14th century plays the great role in the study of the history, language and literature of Oguz people (Turkmen people). Salar Baba Gulaly ogly Harydary translated this book into Turkic languages in 16th century. “Oguznama” book is the precious source in the study of the history of Turkmen language and its relationship with Turkic languages. The original feature of set phrases is that they include the distinguishing character of people’s life, their psychology and world outlook. Any set phrase is an unvarying phrase having a specific meaning, or being the only context in which a word appears and it reflects the peculiarities of the language of a nation. The set phrases used by Turkic na- tions, including Turkmen, in 16th century can be found repeatedly in “Oguznama” book. If some extant set phrase came into modern Turkmen language unchanged, or with a little phonetic changes, then others came without coincidence and with the change of meanings. And this work includes the analysis of these types of set phrases.
