105 By Malivaga Brahma thoughtful concerning, Śiva blessed him to have the sacred tongue, making his word always come true, because Śiva saw his loyalty and his honesty by his action and also renamed him “Lord Malivaraja”. The blessing Lord Malivaraja would later help Ra- ma’s side. Therefore, it made Lord Malivaraja to judge the conflict be- tween Rama and Dasakatha about Sita that was the cause of this war between them. When Lord Malivaraja was considering the case, he called Da- sakantha and Rama to defend themselves. After that, he called Sita, the legal wife of Rama who had been kidnapped by Dasakantha, to tell the truth. As the result, her story and Rama’s story were matched. Also, angels were witnesses of Rama’s action. Thus, Lord Malivaraja ruled that Rama was not guilty, but Dasakantha was and he had to send Sita back to Rama. Apparently, Lord Malivaraja as Brahma was a mighty god who used a power to protect the righteousness of the world by helping Lord Asha- bala and Rama and cursing Dasakantha by his sacred tongue, which would help Rama to vanquish Dasakantha as his curse. Thus, it proves that Brahma was a mighty god who always protects the good people. 6. Conclusion and Discussion The result of this research shows that the role of the mighty gods in King Rama I’s Ramayana was crucial to the rising of the story. The mighty gods, Śiva, Vi ṣṇ u and Brahma, had the powers that effected the story. Śiva was the most mighty god of this story and used his power to order, curse, bless, exterminate an evil, judge and create, thus support- ing the right side and protecting the righteousness of the world. Vi ṣṇ u used his power to protect the righteousness of the world as a god and as an avatar. He saved the world from the evil that would harm the peace and the moral of the world. Also, he used his power to solve any problem to keep peace. Brahma, a god who lived in Brahma’s heaven as Brahma, Sahabod- hi Brahma, Dhada Brahma, and Malivaga Brahma, used his power as a mighty god to create a city and protect the righteousness of the world by helping to eliminate an evil, protecting the right and keeping the ce- lestial stuff saved. It is proved that Brahma supported the right side. Analyzing the episodes of the story, we have proved that the role of the mighty gods was to support the right side and to vanquish the evil.
