    Dear colleagues, The Organizing Committee has decided to establish a new series of selected peer-reviewed full papers of the Congress. Consequently, we are going to publish Proceedings of the XXX Congress (2019), with a number of selected full papers; besides, a volume of the previous Congress (2017) papers is going to be published.
